Tikkun

Tikkun was surrendered with is canine family to a shelter and then he ended up at Piedmont Animal Rescue in Mooreseville, NC. 

We originally believed Tikkun was visually impaired, but after visiting our vet he was correctly diagnosed with cerebellar hypoplasia. This means he has a brain that didn't form properly and he has trouble with his motor skills (among other things). He is a sweet guy who is estimated to be around 2 years old and he has already come a long way since intake. He had very severe skin problems and had to do 2 different types of dewormer. Tikkun isn't able to be housebroken with the level of CH he has, so he can be seen wearing stylish diapers when inside. 

We are excited to have him here and to see the dog he becomes in a permanent, loving home and pack.
