GK

GK was born in Caroline's mom's barn (with her brother Mac) on April 25th, 2013. All of the kittens found homes except her- because she was hard to catch and they couldn't get her spayed. Fast forward several years and she was still living upstairs alone (to be away from non-cat friendly dogs in the house). On Christmas of 2016 Caroline decided she would bring her home and help adopt her out. However, GK has some cord chewing habits and Caroline was worried she would end up being put outside and she is a spoiled indoor kitty. That is when she officially joined the family. GK has recently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, but it should be managed easily with medication.
